You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your password with any third party and not to allow any other person to access your account. 92ab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
You agree to notify 92ab immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. 92ab reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of being accessed by an unauthorised party pending investigation.
As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, 92ab may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any stage of the customer relationship. Documents typically requested include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by 92ab may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
92ab accepts deposits via USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. 92ab will not be responsible for deposits sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the Player, nor for losses arising from blockchain network failures or wallet software malfunctions on the Player's end. Always verify wallet addresses carefully before initiating a transfer.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 92ab are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are stated on each individual promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonuses are credited to your account balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 35x the bonus amount, and for sports betting bonuses is 5x the bonus amount.
92ab employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets to reduce risk during bonus wagering (arbitrage), systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, and collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
Where bonus abuse is identified, 92ab reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, suspend the affected account(s), and recover any withdrawn funds that were obtained through abusive bonus play.
Bonuses that are not activated or fully wagered within the applicable validity period stated on the promotion will expire automatically and will be removed from your account balance without further notice.

In no event shall 92ab's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 92ab's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
92ab takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. All personal information collected during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
We collect, store, and process your data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and personalised marketing communications (where you have given consent). 92ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) information provided during registration is false, inaccurate, or misleading; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal purposes; (d) the account holder is a minor; or (e) continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
You may close your 92ab account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon valid account closure, any remaining balance (less applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 92ab may levy a monthly inactivity fee of up to PKR 500 on dormant accounts once they have been inactive for 12 months, applied against any remaining account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction under which 92ab operates under its international gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by the licensing authority for the resolution of disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal customer complaints procedure.
Prior to pursuing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact 92ab's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute through our internal complaints process. We will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 days.
If you remain dissatisfied following our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body applicable under our licensing framework.
